Not sure how short the throttle cable on an h22 swap woul come to, but here is a pic of how we modified the throtle cable bracket on my f22b dohc swap, because it was two tight and was holding the TB open.We just drilled two holes and moved it to the left.

I went from F22A1 auto to H22A1 manual and I'm using the stock Accord throttle cable, Accord shifter and shifter cables. Everything works perfectly.

Um i dont see how....Throttle cable has nothing to do with your transmission.

90-97 accord and 92-96 lude shift linkage/shifter are all interchangeable. and keep your stock throttle cable, auto and manual will both reach.

ILBB - i dont remember when, but on one car i was swapping the throttle cable was too short like you experienced - i just ran both 12mm nuts up to the top of the threaded section of the cable and it seemed to put it at the perfect position.

oh and another thing popped into my head, how do you fill the manual tranny? there a special way or..
also i wanna retain my cruise control from auto to manual what do i need to do? and the other clip on the clutch pedal is for (clutch has to be pressed to start) how do i get that to work????

                    anyone??

Like Mike said, when I did my swap I used the shifter cables that came with the H22 (I got mine from HMO), then I used the ORIGINAL shifter cable. That was what made it work (mine was an EX). However, when I swaped into the LX that I currently have, the LX throttle cable was too short and I used the EX throttle cable and it worked fine.

                      Good luck.

To retain the cruise control you need the cruise control module (CCM) from a manual cb7 and the top clutch switch (the one that is pushed in with the clutch UP). Take the pink wire on the CCM and wire it to the clutch switch, then take the black wire from the CCM and wire it to the other side of the clutch switch. This is what turns off the cruise when you press the clutch.

As for the "press clutch to start" switch, I'm not sure how to wire that one yet. I have the switch, ready to be put in, but I'm not even sure if I want it

I used my LX throttle cable, and had no problems with it...Thats weird... I don't see how auto or manual would make a difference unless the intake manifolds are different and the throttle cables mount up to them in different places.
