i searched for a thread like this... but no luck. But i wanna convert my F22a4 non-vtec to vtec.... obviously. But i dont know where or how to find a sohc vtec head to fit my motor, and a ecu to support it. and also, what else would i need to do for a project like this? and how much does a swap like this cost?

Why?
The F22B1 is pretty much your only option, but it is fairly involved, and will not give you much gains. And you have to swap the whole engine too.Gary A.K.A. Carter

Swap the motor or turbooooo. The VTEC conversion isnt gonna net you much and as for the h23/f22 hybrid dunno. I think WikkedV16 used to run something like that. I think thats his sn.

yeah. you may as well just swap or rebuild & turbo. for most of the reasons above.
a head swap/ hybrid or an f22b jdm swap would do it for ya, IMO
breathing is deadly underwater...
