Why... just why.
But back on topic... making your own traction bar is very possible and doable if you have experience fabricating and/or engineering. If it is your first time making somthing then don't even think about it. Then again, if your making a thread asking if it is possible.. your not a fabricator. Anything is possible.

I would buy the ESP or collective racing unit. IF something goes wrong I can blame it on someone else.
