What trickedaccord92 mentioned happend to my fiance, her cap was bad and it ran out the res. When I drove to where she left the car just 15min later there was No visiable wetness!! AND NO COOLANT SMELL!! So don't think that just cause you don't see it means there isn't a leak.

I filled her car up and drove it to work...parked...heard bubbling...popped the hood...overflow tank...cap...aaaaahhh
small leaks are hard to spot, especially at idle. The faster you rev the faster pump turns...increase in pressure? I'm not sure but it would make sense to me that the pressure would go up with an increase in turbin speed on the pump.

Any way you might not see the leak if it is slow and happens while you are driving.

Also if the leak is small and going into the engine, it is possible to burn it out and not really see it or detect it well.

Check the coolant for exhaust...there is a kit you can get at like autozone for that.

If that's negative then look again for leaks. If you are losing coolant it isn't being transported by scotty...it's going somewhere.

      Must add...new development.

I'm leaning towards head gasket more and more...my fiances car is doing some strange crap...only difference is that her car is blowing coolant out the reservoir tank.

My fiance's car most likely has a failing head gasket...it did this shit again today. I'm pricing parts right now...sigh...I'm sure the head didn't warp but...oh good grief with the luck we've had with this car I'm sure it did.

A block test kit from autozone is like $20 round my parts...a kit itself is around 50 so I'm assuming this is a rental kit. Get it and check your coolant...good way to rule out the head gasket
