Your rubber window run channel is bad.
I wrote something up on how to replace them, but I forget which section it was in. They are like $65 from Honda new.Adam - Retired OG member from '03

I had the same problem on both windows driver and passenger side it was so bad I window fell off track.. What I did was take the panel off and get in there where u can see the window inside the door, and loosen the tabs that hold the window in place and re align the window, but takin off the tabs and puttin it on track. To see if you did it right simulate the way the window will work by movin the window up and down with your hands and if it looks right re connect it to the tabs and your set.
