    h22 Tranny Question

    Has anyone put a h22 tranny ( with semi auto) into a CB with a f22 ?

I like the semi auto but don't want the h22 due to gas prices

lol....its funny you post that picture cause thats what made me think of it. I really would want this swap done with the f22. I guess if it can be done i need to swap the cluster as well to know what gear im in

Well that cluster looks like a cb3 cluster so I don't know if it'll tell you what gear you're in. You might have to just know like a regular manual.

I was thinking the same but with manual we know by feeling what gear its in, this is just up and down lol.... i wonder how he does it also i noticed that the cluster shows TCS ( Traction Control System

I guess we're both confused on that one. Hopefully someone else can share some input on this.

It can be, and has been done before.
The tiptronic (semiauto) will need a suitable cluster to display the gear - Namely auto Prelude, if you want that feature.

A "Finished" project car is never finished until its been sold.

If at first you don't succeed, Try again. Don't give up too easily, persistance pays off in the end.

If you're so worried about gas prices, why don't you get a manual transmission.

You'll get better gas mileage than an A/T all day every day.
