H22 Wont start

ok real simple...

i got a h22a4 swapped in a 90 Ex

i start it up it runs fine untill it gets to normal temperature....as soo as i turn it off it dont want to start again..its gettin spark...but it wont turn over and run.

i tryed to crank it up like a 100 times it wont turn over...do any body on here kno wat it might be. plz help me...


the only thing that isnt connected is the o2 sensor and the EGR & the hose for the power steering

so you should plug up the O2 sensor and see if you are running lean.


buddy with a 280 zx has the same problem. Maybe a bad fuel pump or maybe a clogged fuel filter


check it.

Ummm Since The H22 O2 Is Under Neith Can I Make A Longer Wire For The Sensor?

you can actually undo the wire loom from the strock f22 harnesses and it should reach to the mounting location in the pipe....shouldnt have to splice and lengthen unless your origianl location was on the front of theheader and not behind the flew pipe...
and since its the a4... did you wire the map sensor on the TB into the blck box on your firewall?

when you crank it cold dose it surge?

do you have any cel's coming on and if you do what are the codes

what ecu are you running? i guess a chipped one if yuo have no egr or o2 in you r car

it was hard to start cuz it had no gas
it was code 15 and its running off of the stock accord ecu p13 cuz i didnt wire the egr yet
