ok every 2 to 3 weeks i have to refill my power steering, but hell i dont have a leak so where is all of it going???

I beg to differ. You have a leak, it's just waiting to be found.
Park on top of a piece of clean cardboard over night. In the morning you'll be able to find where it's dripping from, and then trace it back from there.

the leak is at bottom of your car.
if you look from underneath, there is a plastic shield, take that off and you will see the steering rack and one steel tube will be leaking. Its very common in CB's.
Cut off the steel tube in the middle and put in a rubber high pressure line; fixed and fixed.
