    2 Problems.

Problem #1. I figured out why my battery was going dead.
My brother was off to go to work, and usually, I disconnect my battery.
Earlier, I went make a run down the road, and let it connected for the fan to cool it down. Anyways, he told me he heard something beeping from the inside. I went outside and heard it, its not the "door open" of beep.
Its like, when your key is turned, but the car isnt started. How can I fix this?

Problem #2. I'm getting new seats tomorrow, How do take out my front seats?

Sounds like part of your ignition switch is bad if it thinks the key is in there or on.

The seats are just held in by 4 bolts, 14mm I think. There is a small connector under the driver seat for the seatbelt warning light.

I hope that's what's up if you're going to spend money on a new ignition switch assembly, or lock cylinder and key, it could be either one.
You may want to do a little testing to try to lock down the problem spot.
Are the lights in the dash staying on, and the radio, when the key is out?
Take the steering column cover off and unscrew the plastic ignition switch assembly from the left side of the cylinder, then you can turn the ignition with a flat screwdriver to check it's function.
There is a small mechanical/electrical switch going to the key side of the cylinder with one screw holding it in...that's the part that tells the dinger the key is in. Usually it would only ding when the key is in AND the door is open, so does your door switch work right? Also there is a dinger for when the headlights are still on, car off, and door open.
If you're going to replace the lock cylinder yourself, there are two "breakaway" bolts that hold the cylinder to the steering column, you can drill them out (hard way) or use a chisel and hammer to knock them loose.

          Its not that dinger
Its like, go in your car, close the door.
put the key in, and turn it, but dont crank it.
put it in the "on" position.
          Understand?

It's too cold outside for me right now, haha!
I'll pay attention when I do that tomorrow.
The tests I mentioned are still good for that, just wanted to cover as much info as possible. So it does that when the key is not in, right? Do the dash warning lights come on at the same time this is happening? I would probably suspect the ignition switch assembly, not the lock cylinder.

                I checked that out.
That's what I'd do too. I'm not sure if our cars have the switch connected to wires that run all the way to the fuse box as one piece, that's how my Prelude was.
