ok.. so i cant find pics on what goes there and how it fits.. so inlese someone on here can provide pics or help me.. than my question is do i truely even need it? or can i have someone pull it up and hold it super tight so i can wrench it down.. or will is just work itself loose?
You don't have to like what he did, but I would hope that you can appreciate the time, money and love that went in to the build. If you can't, you're not really an enthusiast, just another dumb kid with a car.-visualpoet

it will work itself loose. i had to customize my own tensioner bolt because of different motor and using old power steering unit. bought a new bolt from ACE hardware. look for oem bolt at the JY.

I tried to look up the parts and picture at Honda, but no dice.
You can tension it by prying, it would work itself loose unless you make it really tight, but it would be unstable only having one bolt.
You've obviously got the mount that holds the alternator to the block, with the slotted arm that meets the body of the alternator on the lower side, so just forget the adjuster assembly and put the right diameter bolt, washer(s), and nut thru the alternator and bracket to hold them together.
I think that should work fine.

      Good luck

ok thnxs guys... and that what i was thinking cause i can adjust it by just lift up hard than having someone put a bolt in there.. i was just makin sure the adjuster was not a must as long as i put another bolt to replace it
