    Pretty bad wiring troubles

When I start up my car all the gauges and lights and everything work, but they flicker and go crazy for a while. In general, if the car is being revved while in gear they all work properly. Little bumps in the road and even engaging and disengaging the clutch cause the lights to dim or even turn off momentarily. The radio also turns off from the impact of little things. Also, a couple times when I've started the car I've gotten an electrical burning smell that goes away as I drive.

List of the known effected things
    Radio
    Headlights
    Taillights
    Speedo
    Tach
    Temp gauge
    All interior lights
    Clock

    Any help is always appreciated.

For what its worth: I think it deals with things located in the engine bay fuse box.

had a lot of your problems and the problems was the negitave cable that goes to the chases ground broke off, once I replaced that problem went away.

Start checking grounds. I think you've got a loose connection or some heavy corrosion.

                    edit: got it.
shady main ground from the battery to the block. it seemed like it didnt effect anything when i jiggled it, but when i pulled on it hard it fixed my problems. i'm running a new one after class.
