shift linkage adjustment

how do you adjust these cables? my old ones had a nut on one of them, but these don't.
Heres the pic of the ones i have right now, just want to know if these are even adjustable

there may be an adjustment at the selector on the tranny.

If there isnt nuts on the cables, there is no adjustment inside the car...
the tranny maybe?

Thanks for the help guys, just ordered some that do have an adjustment nut hope this one works so i can start driving the car.

the only thing that adjusts is shifter placement. it does not effect what goes on in the tranny just where your hand is.

i know, that's what i need, with the current cables they are too short and only let me get into 2,4,and reverse. And wont let me go into 1,3,5 because the shifter hits the bracket before it can get into gear.
