      Ok so Update:
      ECU was replaced,
the ebay tps was swapped with the full original tb/tps combo,
After that it ran GREAT, i test drove it, everything was fine no lights no codes, no nothing,
then it starts doing it again, i gotta check the timing since this dude was smart enough to unbolt the dizy n start turning it all over the place to see if it made a dif

how's the charging system? is the alt. putting out enough amps? I just replaced mine b/c my voltage at idle was really low, like around 11v and only about 12v when cruising, and now its up to 12.5v and almost 14v when cruising and the car seems to drive MUCH better.

Also if it makes any diff. I got a Prelude VTEC alternator instead of the accord one, which puts out 95amps vs only 80 amps and that seems to give me the extra power this engine needs. It doesn't shudder at idle anymore and has good throttle response now.

Timing could be off on the timing belt.
