o,I felt really sorry now.......... I will do it! No matter it rains or not.And see what's going on later on!
So,bro, you assume that the valve itself is not shot right? Heard that valve itself is not likely to fail.........Am I right?

yes the valve itself is an unlikely source, but u can test the valve easily. u can do it with the egr valve still on the car or off. if u reach your fingers under the middle area of the egr valve you will feel a rubber piece if u can push up on that and it takes a bit of force to push it up its ok. its easier with the valve off the car its only 2 12mm nuts. remove them and look under the egr valve u should see a redish/orange piece of rubber, push up on that and u will know if its broken because it will be easy to push up, with a good valve that piece will be harder to push up. its hard to explain what im talking about and its easier todo but i highly doubt your egr valve is shot. i guarantee atleast 3 of your ports are clogged. u have the pluggs right? just do it man.

oh ya that valve that u push up on is what opens under vacume pressure at certain rpms. so dont break the rubber its like a seal. but when they break it no longer opens under vacume because the seal breaks so your egr doesnt operate like its made too. get it? thats what that vacume line is thats running to it? u understand what im saying?

yup thats why i say dont waste your money. and if u ever do need another one go used from a junkyard. all u do is make sure that seal is good and take it or pay the $5. but trust me i bet yours is mint. just clean the ports.
