Fans do not come on and A/C does not work

ever since i baught my accord a few months ago the fans have never come on and the A/C does not work. Ive checked the fuses for the fans and the relay. No luck. It appears that the compressor does not even attempt to kick on. The car does not overheat. It stays below the middle of the gauge. Not sure what this could be.

does the compressor have a belt?...mind boggling..you checked all possible fuses?..you could need a new rad fan.

yea theres a belt lol. I checked all the fuses. It puzzles me that both fans would be bad. Tomorrow im going to see what happens if i put power right to the fan.

the same thing happend with my car just like 2 days ago outta no where the ac is like not even their nothing comes on but the little AC light in the cab???????WTF is it?
