Low fluid can cause a squeaking...any air in the system can do that. Even after bringing the fluid up to the proper level, it can still take a day or two to get all of the air out. The system bleeds itself though, as the seal on the reservoir is not airtight. I had this issue after my 5 speed swap, and just had to drive the car a couple days, and keep adding fluid until the fluid in the reservoir quit going down and the squeak went away.
There are no black and white suspension answers!!!!!!!!!!!

how come the more I drive my car the PS fluid dosnt leak??...but when my car sits for 3 or more days the fluid leaks out of the rack?? (leaking "roughly" enough to below the fill line by 1/4in) Dose PS fluid separate like oil mixed with water or something??

I DONT USE HONDA PS FLUID...b/c is leaks out of the rack with in hrs (sitting and or driving) I dont know if that makes any difference or not. I know the HONDA manual says use ONLY HONDA PS FLUID. But Iv been told from the Honda dealer and from Honda techs that what Im using is fine. I mean HONDA techs have told me I can use HONDA a/t tranny fluid and it wont harm a thing.

Normally I use pennzoil stop leak and mix lucas every so often. I only have to add PS fluid when my car is sitting more than 3 days at a time.

You should check the conditions of the belts.

I think its your ball joints. It might be that time to replace them. I have the same problem, My wheel squeeks when I turn. When I jack the car up and turn the wheels the squeeking dissapears. So thats telling me that when the car is on the ground, pressure is applied to the wheels and IMO the ball joints is the part that has the most pressure applied to it when its on the ground. I suspect that its my ball joints because I ruined my boots on my ball joints When I did my rotors a while back when I was a Noob. I plan on replacing the ball joints very soon. I will keep you posted on this topic if the symtom goes away when I replace them.
