i got a 91 LX.auto...my check engine light stays on while car is on..but the car is not on often..now its giving me problems starting..sometimes it starts but most the time doesnt....some people r telling me its a main relay..some tell me my starter is going..i need help finding this out...i have good spark and a good battery..any suggestions??

If you have spark, it's a fuel related issue. Majority of the time it's the main relay that causes the "no start" problems. It's very easy to replace too, so start there.
Have you pulled the code for the CEL?
