UPDATE! HondaFan, you sir are a genius i had some WD-40 layin around and sprayed the radius arm bushing on the core support side and BAM! NO NOISE! It's like driving a different car. I'll get some new bushings soon, but for now, i'd like to bow to you *bow*

Thanks again to everyone for their input.

      Glad I could help.

Honestly, those are some large bushings, 2 per side. The fact you had issues with it, is not common. I wonder if there was a previous repair and not torque correctly (i.e. 32 lb-ft). Another reason could be this car was hit in front, shifting things and allowing more play on the passenger-front side?

Anyhow, they do sell polyurethane bushings for radius rod, if you want a long lasting alternative. I got mine from www.p-s-t.com. However, Energy Suspension or Prothane could have some as well.

When you do this fix, make sure you keep the correct orientation of components per side, there is a factory preset variable shim that sets caster involved.
