ok a little update here i went to auto zone after searching there site for EVAAR!! and found these studs listed as "exhaust flange stud kit" well i ordered a set well see if they work....
on a side note i was coming back from a 50 mile drive to get my new 9293 bumpe and my DP fell completely out of the manifold i was running open header and the dp was dragging.. not too please about that but the studs will be here friday and for now i bought some "carbureator bolts" that are temp holding my dp to the manifold works good so far.
btw i hate exhaust shops dude here wanted 220 to replace my flex pipe put those studs and and put a different "quiet" muffler on.. he quoted me at 200 then said 20 extra for the muffler weld FUCK HIM
he just charged my boy 309 to replace his exhaust on his civic stating that he "wanted" to use the oem piping he had in his shop.. thats bogus because who wants the oem tiny piping, and basically force him to buy it or go somewhere else (he didnt care though cuz its his daily driver)

Well, then go somewhere else. It doesn't take a lot of searching around to find your options.
Instead of finding the studs for your down pipe, why not get a 5 dollar tap, drill out the holes, re tap them and use bigger (stronger) bolts to hold the down pipe on.
OR
Get a heli-coil kit for a certain size bolt and re do it that way so you have really strong threads.
OR
Go to a different muffler shop.
Your options are quite limitless. You could use JB weld on the muffler, get a hack saw and cut the other one off and slap the new one on.
All of these options will ultimately cost you less than 30 bucks.Been a long time. Still alive...
