    Kill switch 101 .. need some feedback

    my car was stolen last week but i just got it back yesterday

    i watched this vid ----> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eUnUNt_q8T4 <--

    kill switches can only be installed where the ignition is at ?
    wouldn't the thief realize the wiring and un-wire it i should say ?

    other places where the kill switch can be installed to ?

    Tons of threads on this....

    1) you can install it on the fuel pump, ignition harness, ecu, main relay etc..
    2) do not do what they do in that video..
    3)a STARTER kill is by far the least effective way
    4)Use a relay
    5)search and you can find out how to wire it up

      and dont rig it all ghetto, you will wonder why your car wont start or dies on the freeway.

      Get a removable steering wheel with a hublock, they will have to tow your ride
      What makes me laugh about forums, is that no matter how much you try to help someone, they dont take the advice. Go ahead and do it the hard way.

      You got to respect what you drive, and appreciate what you have, making the best of what you got. and if that means putting CAI, HID's, a phat stereo system, and a idiot in the drivers seat...then so be it!

        I'd do that in addition to other things. After all, there will be SOME occasions you wouldn't want to lug around a steering wheel!
