    main relay or else? hmmmm...

while I was on my recent trip Ive had this issue where the car would run great while I was holding the gas, but during the day, & only during the day when it was hot, I had an annoying issue.

every time Id let off the gas to coast down the road or down shift it would die. the RPMs would drop & the engine would turn off. now this only happened only when it was hot out, during the day. never happened at night, or in cold areas. so I was thinking it was the main relay. sense I have no AC & it would get to like 100 inside the car.

now I know some would think it was the igniter in the dizzy, but the engine doesnt spudder before dieing. plus the dizzy is like a year old.

    so what do ya'll think

This happens sometimes with me too, and I'm thinking the idle air control valve. Not sure why it happens when hotter though.

If it's bad and you need another one..ask XstevenX to give, sell the one off the f22 from the engine he pulled out of my Shadow. That one is fine as is most external parts. I only salvaged the valve cover as the other parts were time consuming to remove. Did the swap in 8 hours!

remove the coolant lines from your idle sensors, check you IAC
also set your base idle with the THROTTLE STOP screw not with the idle air screw
          adjust the tps
