    Intake Manifold Gasket Issues

I have gone threw 4 intake manifold gaskets within a year..... WTF!!!!!!

1.) the original gasket failed and caused me to have a vacuum leak....

2.) The first gasket I had a coolant leak..... Advance Auto Parts Gasket

3.) Second gasket a vacuum leak after playing a lil hard with the car... Advance Auto Parts Gasket

4.) Third gasket another vacuum leak different area but after some spirited driving. NAPA Gasket

5.) Fourth gasket I paid someone to install it because I was piss and scared I was installing it wrong. Honda Gasket

Honda lasted the longest but still failed in the end...

    Question:

Do you think I have a warp Intake Manifold?

Can a machine shop check to see if it is warp?

    Side Note:
Just ordered BISIMOTO intake manifold gasket... Will you think that will work?

Can I double up on intake gaskets until my new part gets in?

    HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Thx for all advice.......

Could be that something is warped. The bisimoto gasket should take car of it, since it will form a bit, sealing better.

Are you tightening the manifold correctly?
Like you would a cylinder head " if you know how " so it pulls up to the head evenly?

with the Bisimoto gasket it may help like said before since it will form to you intake as you torque it down. Make sure you start from the center and work you way out.

Also after you remove you intake take a good look to make sure that there is no gouges to either the head or the intake. You can also run a strait edge across the intake flange to see if it is warped

check straightness. i dont torque them down in sequence and ive never had an issue.

make sure the surfaces are prepped and cleaned.

Make sure that the brace supporting the intake manifold from the back/underneath is in place. Without it, you'll just keep eating the gaskets.
