Well first off this belongs in " other automotive " and you didnt ask a single question, just babbled about an ek hatch that you swapped a motor into. Be clear or no one can help you out.

There you go, now we know specifically what you need help with. Have you checked all grounds and terminals for corrosion? Double checked the fuses? Is the car even turning over? Are you sure you have a good ECU? Did you make sure the ECU ground is hooked up at the T-stat? Or where ever it is for the B series.

not sure on the ecu, we checked over basically everything, and yes the car is turning over, and we do not have any spark at the plugs when we turn it over

Open the ECU up and check for damage. Thats where I would start.

Theres no spark at any of the cylinders? And did you replace with a new or used main relay? I would recheck everything very meticulously. Pretty easy to miss one plug or one ground on a swap. Maybe even the ignition control module could be a culprit.

we did for sure check one of them, but im assuming from the rest of the circumstances none have spark, and the relay is out of a car we just drove home the other day, and it ran like a champ, we have yet to change the icm

I know you said you checked everything, and with the main relay working I would tend to lean towards something not hooked up/grounded. Especially if all you did was swap an engine into a known working car. In that case the only thing you can really point to is the wiring harness. But if the car originally had issues then it opens up other avenues.
