Hey guys. I've got a stockish f22 that's been burning oil at WOT. I can see the smoke in the rear view mirror when I get on it. And its got the dreaded black haze on the rear bumper. Is this something that can be fixed with a valve adjustment or something. I'm loosing enough oil that I have to put in a quart after 2500 miles. Motor has 210000 miles. Thanks in advace.

depends where the oil is comming from.
Check the Intake manifold and the pcv hose for signs of oil. Then pull the spark plugs and look for oil on the plugs. If it isn't that then you should do a compression/leakdown test. With those results you should have a good idea of what is happening.
With all that said my guess is rings, since you mentioned wot in your post I'm betting it gets beat on a bit.

Check your spark plugs first since its the cheapest. Then, you can do a compression test to see which cylinder(s) it's coming from since it sounds like the piston rings. Or you can always do a leakdown test to see whether the problem is coming from the head or block. If its the head probably worn valve guides and if its the block more than likely bad piston rings.
