    Cooling System Issue

What am I missing??? It seems like the system has too much pressure. It blew the hose under the distributor that runs from there to the heater valve a while back. I fixed that and 3 days later the top tank of the radiator splits in 2 places. I patched that and then an hour later it starts dumping water from the water pump area. I take it to a shop yesterday because I don't have the time to fix it and they fixed it. 4 hours worth of labor and lots of money later, the pump is fixed and I drive it home. This morning I drove it to work for the first time in a month. All went well. I go out the car about 2 hours after I got to work to get something out of it and there's coolant all over the ground. I looked under the hood and it looks like the radiator split again. What gives?!?!?!?!?!

It could be a bad head gasket, go to your local garage and ask them to Blue test your cooling system

I swapped caps with a guy here at work with the same car and went to lunch. Came back and it's puking out of the spot I patched on the radiator.

Well then get a new radiator, you should be able to get an good replacement for under $100. I've had a CSF radiator in my cb for 4+ years, have been through headgasket issues with it, and its held up perfect. Its aluminum with a plastic tank.
