My flex pipe, like many of us had a tear in the "mesh" on both sides. I felt like I was losing some power on the low end, and the sound was getting obnoxious. So! I went to meineke to get it fixed, turns out most shops don't just do flex pipes, they usually replace the whole pipe according to their manager (cool guy). So, set me back $130.00, which is the price I got quoted from a couple meineke's. All I care about is the results, it Sounds much BETTER, and my throttle response is much BETTER too. So, for those of you who have the same problem, I suggest fixing since the results paid for themselves.

I changed the title, I meant replaced. well, 60 would have been nice, but Im all the way out in long island right now. What can you do...Happy w/results thus far. Not that gteching is extremely accurate, but I did 3 seperate runs, after the fixing of the pipe and noticed a .08 decrease in my 1/4. 16.38 initially, than 16.30. I had a lot of shit in my car when i did this, plus full tank. I usually run 16.1ish, which is pretty damn good for an auto I think. Considering the accord auto 93 stock runs 17.1 1/4.Originally posted by Sho NuffYou should have went to Shea stadium. 60 bux.

the highflow cat contributes to a bit of rasp, oh and the resonator is stock on the stock piping.
