    Oil control orifice

Ok so i've ordered this part twice now and i keep getting the wrong damn part all of which are from honda.
My question is what will it harm to just run without it? I know it controls the oil for the cylinder head when you have the correct part on a non vtec setup, but what if you just don't run one will there be any consciences?
I'm fed up i need the engine in my car and this $14 part is being a pain in my ass shipping back and forth i even gave them the correct part number.

    No i'm not being cheap.
    No i don't have a local dealer within a hour and 30mins.

I have never tried it personally, however, I would assume that if you do not use one. It will have an effect on maintaining the oil pressure in your block. Basically what you will be doing is allowing unrestricted oil flow from the block through your head. In turn bleeding off the pressure in the block.

That's what i was thinking, but i didn't know for sure and didn't know if anyone had ever tried it. Although i am using a b1 block that didn't need one in the first place, but an f22a top end.

I guess i'll ship it back again with a note.

If you don't have any luck with them I'm pretty sure that I have an extra one laying about. I'll check the F22A6 and F22B2 orifice and ensure that they are the same.

PM me your address and maybe we can work something out.

I'm pretty sure they're the same, but i did order it for a b2 15140-PH3-000 and got 15140-POA-000 which is a cam journal orifice. I mean come on i even explained where it went and what it did.

PM sent, if it is part number 15140-PH3-000 that you are looking for. I just so happen to have an extra in my parts drawer.
