    Electrical gremlin

I have a 1990 Accord that the automatic seat belts, the shift interlock and all of the dash with the exception of the battery light stopped working. It starts and runs fine and everything else works. All the fuses are good. Anyone have a clue what to look for?

    It has to be fuse..

did you check both fuse panels?

The one that's the culprit is the kick panel box....I dont believe the fuse for that stuff is under the hood.

My Grandson now owns the car and I am trying to help him over the phone but he said he checked the fuses in both. The fuse I though was number one under the dash but it also controls the back up lights and they are working. I am about three hours away from him now so I may have to take a road trip over there and see if I can help him. I was hoping maybe someone has had the same problem and could give me some ideas. I feel bad because he can't drive his car now and he just got it on the road.

Well he found it, I told him to check fuse number one again and he said it was completely missing! Guess it vibrated out or something. Put in a fuse and magically everything works again.
