Idle problem only when engine hot and in N/P

Hello everybody, I have been having the same problem for a few days now. The car will idle and drive fine, but at normal engine temperature(hot) when I put the car in neutral or park the idle goes up and down(surging) but when i switch the car into drive or reverse everything is fine......I cleaned the IACV, adjusted the FITV but nothing seems to work. I noticed after adjusting the FITV it solved it for a little bit but the problem came back. Any Ideas? thanks

edit: Fort got to tell you this . When you're engine is in r or d , d1 ,d2 ,d3 . it's under a load there for it will not idle surge . And if it did the car would jerk forward in d or back if in R .

I think I got the problem, well a few weeks ago I switched my Short Ram Intake to just the filter on the TB....now that I switched everything back, it is working perfect!!! Thanks

Totally agree, 20 years and I'm still amazed behind it's engineering.
