Dead starter after engine swap

if you take the cover of to the column where it houses the turn singles and ignition . you can fallow the ignition wire's to the circuit in the car . some time's if you're foot are big like mine you can hit things. and also you can take the switch of to see if its loose or just dirty .

Oh okay. Will do man. Thanks for the tip. Lately I've been going home every weekend so I'll go home this weekend and check the column and see if my ignition switch/wires are messed up. My ignition switch (that's where the key goes right?) is SLIGHTLY damaged, I have to move the steering wheel sometimes to turn the key, and most recently the key has been getting stuck trying to turn back to the off position. That part was like that when I bought the car though.

My distributor...well I made a bone head move when tearing my old engine down and kinda just pulled my spark plugs off in a random order (I know stupid) and...I'm sure that had some effect to the situation.

even with you're plugs all candy wompish you should at least still get a pop .

Guess what guys....it wasn't my dizzy, wasn't the battery, wasn't the starter, wasn't the ignition switch. There were 2 fucking harnesses by the underhood fuse box that weren't plugged in. Plugged those 2 up and my car turned over after the 4th key turn lol.
