Car shuts off, when warming up, at lights, while driving

I wasn’t driving it that much for 3 months, then 2 weeks ago, after a 200 mile road trip it cut off while cruising at 50 - the next time I drove it. Thought I ran out of gas, because my gauge doesn’t work. It started again after 10 minutes of cranking that time.

Since then has been getting more frequent (once a day, usually when warming up) I bled coolant, tightened FITV valve and cleaned IACV and TB. It started idling at 2krpm for a while, but I tightened the FITV plunger some more and my idle screw was tightened all the way, and It idled level so I figured a vacuum leak. Not sure. The video is after I backed it off some.

I appreciate any ideas because I depend on the car overall, and I was just getting to some upgrades.

Couldn’t find a thread with a solution, or exact same symptoms. Hopefully someone knows what it is, or had a similar problem and fixed it.

Edit: oh yeah, when I cut the engine off there is a weird burping, or air pocket release sound (hard to explain). And when I replaced the distributor, I didn’t use a timing light, so wondering if that’s where the problem is.
