^this is why I gave up on him a few months back. Thought this time around he may have matured a bit....guess not!

Back when he first decided to do his F23/F22B Frank build we all told him to get it tuned when he was done. He was asking all the same questions back then. And as you can see, he never listened to anyone. He figures that it runs great so it doesn't need a tune. Although I'm pretty sure that we can all see why he wants a swap..... Just look back at all his threads since the frank build. Nothing but problems, why, because he never listened to any of the advice that he was given.

    Mishakol129,
I've seen you post in the past that this is all a learning experience...... why make so many mistakes when all the information to do it properly is right in front of you? Why.... because you don't trust anyone and you feel that you know best! Just remember that not everyone in this world is out to get you. By ignoring advice and being condescending to others, you are making more enemies than friends.

You have to learn to trust others! If you don't learn to trust others you are in for a very lonely and trouble filled life.

I guarantee you're leaving at least 15hp/tq on the table with your current setup. Stop doing things half assed and just get it done right.
Damn man, I wish I could of tuned it back when I had those cams. Car wouldn't even run with them tho and I was thinking I needed to new valve springs too. So I sold them.

I can't find a tuner, main reason why I don't want to keep the engine. If I could learn myself, I would. But nobody wants to teacheth me.

I'd like to just skip all that and get more power out of the box without the tuning business. H23 Vtec would be super rad. Maybe I'll add a euro-r intake to it to make it even more super rad. But then maybe i'll need a tune for that.

Wheel bearings are still actually bad I just ordered a new set pre-pressed on. I don't tune cause I don't know of any tuners near me, and its just such a hassle I'd have to go a state over to MD or something. Kinda bums me out, I don't have the motivation for that.

Sorry man, it is a learning experience. For sure. I learned a whole lot, I'm definitely better than I was before.

I don't know best, its just some of the options you guys put out there are too much for me to do, so I pick an easier solution. Maybe its laziness, maybe its cheapness, but that's just how I am. Maybe I'm not as serious as you guys about it and don't want it to be the best it can be. I realized that about my engine bay paint job and I want to repaint it this time. It really does look like crap xD.

So I may just pull the engine out, paint the bay, stick in a 2.3 Vtec motor in and call it a day. But leave the balance shafts in this time cause the vibrations kinda suck.

PS: The last sentence you put out there kinda rings a bell. But I honestly think its that I don't trust myself rather than others.

You don't need someone to teach you to learn how to tune. I've known at least a dozen people on this forum alone that have taught themselves. They may have gotten help with a few details, but overall, they were self-taught. The resources are out there. Far more so now than it was when most of those guys learned.

If you need to be tuned, and you don't have a tuner nearby, learn.

Learned how to chip and tune an ECU from moates.net and PGMFI.org. Never touched a soldering iron before I chipped my first Honda ECU. Learned everything online! What soldering iron to buy and the best materials and temps used to get a solid fusion.

Bought everything I needed to tune my Accord from Craig Moates @ motes.net.

If you are down on yourself and have doubts. There is only one person who can change that...... and that person is You! You have all the tools available to change that as well. Not everyone has a strong family group. If you do have one..that is great. Feed from them and run with it. If you don't then you have to rise above and do it yourself. C'est la vie!

If i'm don't on myself, only I can change it.... that and also alkaloids like caffeine, haha. But yeah never really had such a strong family unit gotta say. There a lot of dysfuntional things that went on in my past which were just insane, and honestly I become schizo for a while. All the drugs, lsd and pot contributed to this, and also my introverted mindset. But i found Jesus, praise the Lord!! (Isn't it praise the lowered?) lmfao.

I'm like, just now learning what its like being in the real world. Snapped out of my delusions thank goodness. Yeah bruh crazy but true story bruh wanna hear some more bruh? Hahaha.

But annyyway. I went on ahead and ordered that H23. It was 900 dollars. I have a quick question about changing the seals. It looks super nice and is like a 01 model, should I still change the valve stem seals, HG, cam seals, oil pan seals? I know you will probably say YES, but I've had my F23 come in looking like the seals where freshy weshy.

              Engine porn.

PS: I know this isn't a drug forum. Please let me know if my mention of them bothers any of you (the moderators).
