    Concerning ECT Sensor

Hey Guys, long time no see, yes been a while, my Honda got a severe injury, now it is back from the dead.

I am troubleshooting after repairs, I read an old thread from a member who unplugged the ECT sensor because he had bad mpg and ran the car with it unplugged but of course in limp mode.
Tried it myself today, I unplugged the ECT sensor connector and my car wouldn't start until I plugged the connector back in. How did it work for him and didn't for me ?!

    Thanks.

Unrelated. Has to be. But you wouldn't want to run without a ECT sensor anyways, Fix it, plug it in.

    Best of luck.
