theyre like screws...turn them and at the same time pull back on the plastic...theres 4 at the firewall and then just metal clips that hold it on the steering column...just pull the metal clips off..theres only one all the way at the top

turn the steering wheel till the wheels are straight...then take off the steering wheel and put it on straight...then go get an alignment

everything is all set.. we did it thanks to this tutorial.. now i filled my PS resivouir all the way to the red cap.. now i don't get it if i leave the car parked with the car wheels turned all the way to the left... i see PS fluid leaks.. all the lines are tight especially the 2 powersteering lines that goes into the rack.. i'm confused.. i tightened it. my friend did.. took it to the shop.. nobody can find this mysteriously leak.. do you guys think because the res. is full its leaking out some oil. i doubt it.. kinda confusing..

make sure you have 2 springs on each hose that goes to the tranny...mine leaked from there...i had to spread them and tighten them just right so they wont leak anymore

Hey man I do not want to steal your thread or anything, but I got some questions for ya.. Can you rebuild the rack n pinon? or do you have to buy a new one? Also how much do they cost?

you could rebuild it but i think te time and cost of parts might be too much to make it worth it...as for cost, its about 100-150
