anyway, doctorcipher and acclipseh23 are entirely right, give them credit and stop trying to bash them - obviously something happened when you were in the accident. things bend and move and touch, start looking. trace every wire, are any crimped/cut/fraying? any bare wire been uncovered? all grounds still connected, and positives too?

recheck the battery connections, check the different grounding points (which youll find by following all the wires) - disconnect all the connections and sand them clean and reconnect firmly, TRY SOMETHING instead of just asking us. we have no idea what your car looks like and what wires are touching what, so YOU pop the hood and take a look.

happy belated birthday, but please, exhaust ALL options before posting up here. when you can truthfully state that you have completely searched and traced and checked EVERYTHING that could have been affected by the accident, and the problem is happening, THEN come and post here. then we can tell you something like, check certain relays or something...
