I found a strange unit in my car hidden....

I found this when i was lowering my car. What is it? I thought it was something for a radio antenna but it doesnt go to it. Its 2 little boxes.

Also i need to get a new front shock since the threads got all fucked up and the adjustment. And i need someone to get the rear bolt out on the rear. But heres some pics of the unit and of my car!

the blue box with tape around it looks like a backup battery for a car alarm. try pulling it out and taking the tape off so you can read the back? whats the other unit say on the side (pics are too blurry)
