WTF are you talking about?
The Standard Waterpump is operated mechanically off the Timing Belt even if the belt was loose it would still pump unless the impeller on the Waterpump was corroded away or not turning and there are NO electrically operated parts that will affect Coolant flow.
Please Halfazn, I know you like to help but if you do not know what is causing it please do not offer advice. Sometimes it is best to sit back and learn.
OK Now.
1. What Coolant to Water Ratio have you got in the System?
2. Have you Pressure Tested the Cooling System for Leaks?
3. Is the Thermostat installed Correctly?
4. Has the Cooling System been Bled Correctly?
5. Is the Coolant in the Radiator actually overheating?
6. What is the Temperature in the radiator?
7. Are the Aux Fans Cutting in at the Correct Temperature?
Please answer these questions to the best of your knowledge so we can help better?
