      # 1 ,, go over your work make sure you left nothing unplugged..

      # 2 ..sounds like the tranny throttle cable could be misadjusted....

Check your Dizzy Wiring Plugs, as well as all Grounds, especially @ The Thermostat Housing.

Blue wire @ dizzy = tach (RPM meter). That would explain why it wasn't working. It could also fix your tranny problem as everything is tied together in the ECU... Speed and RPM and shifts and all that stuff...

And the thermostat housing is the thermostat...its on the left side of the intake manifold when facing the engine. Underneath it is the thermostat ground.

on the stairs, she grabs my arm, says whats up,
where you been, is something wrong?
i try to just smile, and say everything’s fine.

Dead on there 4GAccordH22. The Blue Wire from the Dizzy Igniter controls RPM Inputs to the Instrument Tacho Connector A7, Cruise Control Connector Terminal 7, Engine Mount Control Unit Terminal 5 & Transmission Control Unit Pin A9.

Could any of those connections you just mentioned relate to a "jumpy" tacho? When accelarating its extremely jumpy. Sorry to jack the thread also.

Jumping tach and jumping acceleration means u need a new distrubitor. The tach will jump up all over the place and then the car will sound like its gonna shut off or will shut off while you are driving.
