WHILE ON JACKS and in D4, right drive axle not spinning

I jacked my car to bleed my brakes after changing the BMC and Proportioning Valve. I put in in drive to do a little brake test. Brakes worked and felt fine like normal. Don't worry...i will do a proper drive and brake test.

I then got out of the car to see the front rotors spin. Left was spinning fine and to my surprise the right was not spinning. I spun it by hand and it would spin then it stopped, as if maybe the brakes were stopping it at certains spots of the rotors. the right rotors were a little rusty bc it was on jacks for a bit.

Are my brake pads not installed correctly? There is not much to changing out the Rotors and pads.
Was i supposed to adjust it to allow certain clearance between the pads and rotors?
Is there a way to adjust the brake pad/rotor clearance so it will allow the right rotors to spin? (this might be the reason i am only getting 23 MPG.
If there isn't a brake adjustment procedure, could something else be wrong with my AT to cause no spin on my right drive axle?

    BACKGROUND HISTORY:
prior to my car being on jacks, i had transmission problems (no codes) shifting into 3rd gear at high RPMs. it didn't go into Limp Mode. It was able to shift into 3rd. Drove it home and checked AT fluid (good-red), checked my ECU and TCU (it looked emaculate. no burns or bulging resistors), and removed both solenoids. I found that the Shift Solenoid (A or B..i can't remember) when connected to a car battery, the click didn't sound strong like the others. I cleaned both since they were both off. After cleaning, the clicks were the same as all the others. I haven't driven it after cleaning out the solenoids because i needed to change my Proportioning Valve bc the stupid black rubber piece came out. it was leaking. I want to drive it to test my transmission if my solenoid cleaning would have fixed my high rpm shifting but now this problems appearance.

    ugh, help please.

I believe it might be my drive axle. I will remove and see if it is bad.

If you don't have an LSD transmission then what you are describing is normal. If you stop the spinning wheel does the other start?

oh crap, i am soo stupid. i will have to check that right now. LOL. I already removed the CV Axle and got a warranty axle from autozone. lol. oh well, it didn't cost me anything but only my time. RAF99 thank you. There is so much i need to learn.

So, when I try to stop my left rotor from spinning, then the right should spin right? if it doesn't spin, what would you suspect is the problem?

Yep. Power should transfer to the other wheel. If it's a brake / axle / binding issue then you wouldn't be able to turn it at all. You would hear something most likely too. I think you're good...

Thanks. I installed the new drive axle. Started my car, slammed it in d4, got out, put my foot on the left rotor to slow it down, I saw the right spin.

like u said, it works. Man...I had to learn the hard way. At least, the new axle didn't cost me anything. I just lost time and added lil soreness to my back. Lol. Thx again.
