4 door sedan / wagon door weatherstrip

I need to replace all 4 door weatherstrips on my '91 EX wagon (same part numbers for all 4 as those used on 4 door sedans). I've located OE weatherstrip for a couple of the doors, but finding them for the other 2 is proving difficult (local dealers say the OE parts are long out of production).

Has anyone had experience with reproduction door weatherstrips coming out of China, Indonesia, Thailand, etc? I don't mind using repro parts IF they fit properly - side benefit is that they're much less expensive than the few OE parts that are left.....

Hmmmm…depending on the cost it might be easy to just take a gamble on one of them and gauge the quality and fitment.

Considering that option - OE Honda seals for a single door (driver side front) from a US seller generally run about $65-$95 + shipping, a repro of the same part # out of Asia is generally around $60, shipping included.

Depending on seller, repro sets are a quite a bit cheaper - pairs (driver & passenger front) are about $85; sets for all 4 doors vary from $120 to $195. Most Asian vendors include shipping but don't accept returns.

If I only needed a seal for one door the cost is close enough that OE would be the obvious choice, but for a set of four the cost for OE will probably be $200-$300 higher, especially if the only option for single OE seals is e-bay sellers that want $75-$95, charge for shipping, and generally don't accept returns either.

Biggest potential downside to the repros is having to eat the cost and live with 'em if they don't fit well and the seller won't accept returns, or, if the seller will accept returns, the shipping cost and hassle of returning to the seller in Asia.
