    HELP! Engine wont start!

Hey...I just replaced my airbag...before I did it, I had to disconnect the battery...so I installed the airbag and SRS fuse...and it worked fine. SRS light turned off and everything. But now, the engine wont start. Everything(lights, inst panel, etc.) works. Brand new battery. I checked all the under hood and under dash fuses, and they are all good. But I did notice that the positive terminal is cracked...and I guess its not gripping the post tight enough. I just wanted to make sure that it wasn't a blown fuse or something I had to reset...any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Terminal cracked? Sounds like you just answered your own question. There is a lot of current draw when the starter is switched on.....

          Hey EJ,

Did it start before you swapped the airbag?

Yeah. It started right up on the first turn. So I think I can eliminate the starter from the problem...any suggestions? anyone?

damn it's hard to say... back track to before you swapped the airbag. (i know this is dumb, but) is everything as it should?

I'm an idiot! Turns out, my car alarm(which I can't use because I dont have the remote) has an automatic kill switch. When I disconnected he battery, It automatically engaged. All I had to do was hit the reset button(which was conveniently hidden under the carpet...). Anyways. Thanks guys for your help.
