hard breaking; check your vacuum booster....it might be leaking from the hose, or gasket....if u have to press it all the way down to brake, usually have somthing to do with that...make sure it not leaking....
as for it keep going when u take feet off pedal....make sure u dont have a vacuum leak that goes to the cruise control actuator unit up by the driver side engine mount....check that out....maybe try putin a cap on that nipple that feeds the cruise control and see how that work!
