As I understand it, you're going to need a slide hammer or a tool to unpress the hub from the rotor. I would suggest doing a rotor over hub conversion all at once so you would take care of this problem from now on 'til whenever. A couple of DIY's cover the hub problem though so read and reread them until you figure out what's going on and feel comfortable with it.

You take 98-99 Acura CL knuckles from the junkyard and install them onto the accord. Since they're rotor over hub, the next time you want to upgrade your brake rotors all you need to do is remove the caliper and unscrew the rotor off instead of having to press if the hub off. Our cars are setup as HOR(Hub Over Rotor) and this makes it tough to change rotors since the hub is press fitted on. ROH is the exact opposite and instead of being press fitted on, the rotors are merely held in place by screws. If you have rear disc brakes, then they follow the same setup.
I can't find the damn DIY for the life of me on this but it has been done before and it works without any problems as long as you know what you're doing. I've done this personally on my ride and there are NO PROBLEMS whatsoever. If you want, you could do a 5-Lug conversion instead if you're into that kind of setup. Here's the link for that 5-lug up front swap
and there's another DIY for the rear 5-lug swap. By doing this, you kill 2 birds with one stone;you get ROH and more rim selection not to mention bigger brakes if I'm not mistaken. Lemme know if you need more clarification.
...adjust accordingly

sweet someone put me in their sig
anway here are links to a few DIYs on brakes (i'm doing my rotors soon too, got a cracked disc in the front):
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthre...hanging+rotors <-- explains pretty well and easily how to get the caliper off the rotor... something you have to do to get the rotor off (good pics too)
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthread.php?t=22910&highlight=changing+rotors<-- a couple of posts in that thread have helpful info.
You dont want to press out the balljoints and shit, takes too much time. There is a way to do it without dealing with all that crap.
http://www.cb7tuner.com/vbb/showthre...replace+rotors <_- thats the DIY i plan on following. im kinda iffy about the wheel bearing cuz that shit is expensive but do some research first.
Basically just look up stuff you dont understand on Wikipedia, or eHow, or HowStuffWorks, etc... that's how I learned
And for everyone's sake, use the CB7 bible (Hayne's manual).
