    02 sensor

ok i got the new sensor how hard is it to change it on 5th gen. should be same as 4th.. i heard u can't use a wrench because of the tight space.. i heards theres a special tool that goes over the sensor so u can take out the sensor.. how hard is it to break it free from the exahust. is it alright if i sprayed wd-40 on the sensor like a day or 2 before doing this it can break it free?

let me know anyone seen or have DIY or tips?

you can rent the socket from autozone, and yeah, it would hurt to spray some wd 40 or soemthing like that, its not too hard, it would be easier if you dropped the downpipe and do it off the car

Or you can get a vicegrip. I can angle it to the pint where it wont squish the sensor

The O2 sensor should be the same temperature as it is outside when you're installing it?

            How much was it?

My old a1 manifold had one seriously freaking infused into the damn thing. PB blaster wouldn't do it, my mech had to use a torch to heat it up to get it out.

on the stairs, she grabs my arm, says whats up,
where you been, is something wrong?
i try to just smile, and say everything’s fine.

Nah, by this point we had the manifold off the car and the old 02 sensor was gonna be scrapped anyway. But that thing was impossible to get off with muscle alone. 2 grown men grappling with that thing with all their might and it refused to break loose. PITA
