car wont start

my car wont start and i dont know why. when i open the door the light comes on but its very dim. when i turn the key it clicks, but thats it. i took the battery out and took it to schucks and they tested it twice and told me it was good. same thing with the alternator. i checked my grounds (by the battery and the one on the p/s mount to valve cover to engine mount) and fuses, they were good and clean. i even soddered (?) my main. but it will run fine if jumped. and yes i have jumped it and let it run for a while too.
if anyone has had this problem or knows a ground i missed your help would be sweet

it sounds like the battery....its not holding a charge...lights are dim...

even tho they tested it and said it was good they might be wrong...

try another battery.

your battery connection is the problem. i was getting that clicking, cleaned the connection and it works fine now. make sure that the connection is tight, it shouldn't be lose.
