I would go to Pay Pal and file a disput. Pay Pal gives more rights to the Buyers than the Sellers. I know from experience with Pay Pal. Do it as soon as possible (ASAP). If there is a strong enough case against them, Pay Pal might actually lock up their account requesting verification information from them.

If it works...you will get your money back...you will cause her grief with Pay Pal...and she might not be able to use Pay Pal for her business (whatever it may be)...

Don't be scared to take a stand...if you don't...the scammers of this world will keep doing it to other honest people.

Don't get me wrong either, no where did I say that everything she sells is crap. What I'm saying is that I was showed two rims, and they looked very fixable. She never told me they were severely bent. You CAN tell if it's bent. It shakes the whole car. We have the same damn car anyways.

This same thing happaned to me. Phreakish93 scammed me out of $40 for sunroof visor that was cracked in half. IF you file a paypal dispute, within 2 minutes you'll get a reply saying they can't do anything because it wasn't an ebay sale. At least that's what they told me. id take him up on his offer man, most likely this "girl" that you bought these rims from aint no girl but some 20-30 year old guy. with him(if it is, probably is) being a "girl" and not knowing much about the rims cause its from her brothers car. he knew damn well the condition they were in!

honestly, id take h22accordr's offer, have him bring a camera, and cause that much damage to the guys car. even if all he does is slash the tires. the guy needs to be taught a lesson! dont let him get away with this shit or hes gonna keep doing it.
