Contact your bank that issued the credit card within 20-30 days of transaction. PayPal also offers buyer protection.

i wouldn't have posted her address, you could be incriminated in a law suit if anything happens to her/him. I use to work for an attorney's office, handle this legally, my advice, don't just start harrassing her. Because you want revenge, FINANCIAL revenge.
