ws2 muffler installed today...

So I bought a ws2 muffler online thinking it would make my car much quieter then my tsudo N1 exhaust, but it didn't by much, it's almost as loud. Doesn't
sound nice at all. And to top it off, the muffler shop that did it made the exhaust tip stick out to far and it sits pretty low. So should I buy a big ass resonator and slap it on, or sell off everything and start fresh??

Buy 1 long res. From the cat to the 1st bend on ur exhaust pipin,
i dunno y people spend all this money, then are disappointed cuz its not what they wanted.

im interested too cuz i was lookin into the full cat back system and if it sounds like crap im just goin with ebay crap and ill live the ricer life till i find a muffler i like lol

i have the full system and it sounds almost stock. this is the same comment most everyone else has about the full system too.

I ordered just the muffler and yes it was $200, i will post some pics and a vid when my room mate returns to town with my camera. I am pissed to say the least, I regret this more than anything I have done with my car yet.

yeah a WS2 muffler isn't gonna give you the gains that the entire system gives, thats why its a system, everything works well w/ everything else. The WS2 Catback probably has resonators built in the piping to make it quieter

WS2= Quiet as hell. You cant hear it inside the car, but sounds deep outside. Perfect tune, and sounds mean when you WOT the car.

if you have a ws muffler without a cat/resonator, it will be loud. you should of bought the cat back.

well for him it's probably too late. the only thing he could do is install another resonator or swap out the one he has now for a longer one.
