Got rear ended today
No damage that the eye can see but a few license plate marks. But my exhaust got pushed back along with my rear bumper. So I need a new bumper pad under the cover and a radiator, the force snapped both the top brackets.
Stupid bitch from New York hit me, she claimed I slammed on my brake? I was already at a complete stop! looked up in my rear view mirror and said "SHIT!" BOOM! she hit me, she had a young kid in the front looked to be younger then my daughter, in the fuking front seat! No booster seat or nothing. She told me her son told her to look at something and the time she looked back she said I slammed on my breaks. Which the slamming on the breaks part it a total lie, and she couldn't stop in time. I was pist! Didn't do any Insurance swap cause I'm not gonna have my Insurance go up cause of that bitch. I will fix it myself, or sell it. Don't know right about now.

That sucks man. I love how she can claim you slammed on your brakes, yet she also said she was looking away... idiot. She's lucky her kid didn't hit the windshield.

yea, I lol'ed at her when she said that. I cant be leave parents actually have there kids (by that I mean like 6 year old kids) in the front. That is very bad parenting at its finest right there.
I also noticed that I did in fact hit the person in front of me, the front bumper don't lie. I had no clue since they never pulled over and got out. I have also noticed the front and rear door gap at the top where they meet looks a little off.
Well that's what I get for not getting Insurance info, I'm not mad cause that's all my fault. I for one should have known better, I don't know what the hell I was thinking. Shame on me, big time!

EDIT: I guess I was more worried about my daughter that was in the car.

Eh, with cars this old, it doesn't take much for a company to write them off... insurance is no good. You'd get a check, and then spend it all just to buy your car back... then your rates would go up!

My parents used to drive with me in the front seat, no booster or anything... then again, that was the 80s. It was common back then. No airbags, etc... Nowadays, yeah, a parent that does that is stupid.

Its ok, I might just keep it as a beater now, Dont know just yet. I'm not out of the game just yet, might not be the Cappuccino but an CB at least.
