add the paints to the bare metal after drilling to prevent the rust. later.

Mine fit a little tight, but i think it is due to them standing on the edge propped up against my wall. I set them down flat and put some weight on them to "flatten" them back out. I plan on putting them on thursday, when i will have some extra help.
